Tell us what is happening.
Call about an urgent fault, or send a short request about planned work. Tell us the address, the problem and how we can reach you.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. We discuss the work and costs first.

Call or send a request.
For an urgent problem, call and give your postcode. For planned work, the short form lets you describe what you need. A request or email is not a confirmed appointment.
A question about an existing request?
Include your name, the work address and any reference number so we can find the details.

Clear answers to common questions.
You can call if your situation is different.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Tell us what stopped working, when it started and whether it affects a room or the entire property. Do not open the fuse box or try to repair exposed wiring yourself.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
No. We contact you to discuss the job, expected timing, availability and costs. An appointment is confirmed only after you agree.
I rent my apartment. Who should I contact?
You can describe the problem to us, but also tell your landlord or property manager. For work in shared parts of a building, access and permission may need to be arranged.
What if the whole street has no power?
Check with neighbours. If multiple properties are affected, check the grid operator outage information or call the national fault line 0800-9009. For a fault inside your home, call us.
