Answers in plain English.
Find out how an enquiry, a visit and the costs work. Call if your situation needs a personal answer.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. We discuss the work and costs first.

What you need to know before you book.
You can call if your situation is different.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Tell us what stopped working, when it started and whether it affects a room or the entire property. Do not open the fuse box or try to repair exposed wiring yourself.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
No. We contact you to discuss the job, expected timing, availability and costs. An appointment is confirmed only after you agree.
I rent my apartment. Who should I contact?
You can describe the problem to us, but also tell your landlord or property manager. For work in shared parts of a building, access and permission may need to be arranged.
What if the whole street has no power?
Check with neighbours. If multiple properties are affected, check the grid operator outage information or call the national fault line 0800-9009. For a fault inside your home, call us.
How is the price determined?
The price may include a call-out charge, fault diagnosis, labour, materials, VAT and a surcharge for evening or weekend work. Ask for the complete cost before agreeing.
Can you help with a small job?
Yes. Tell us about a socket, light point or other small task. We discuss its scope and costs before booking.
Do you work with businesses or landlords?
Yes. Give the address, the work required, access details and the person who can approve the job.
Three steps to electrical help.
Tell us what is happening
Call or send your postcode, contact details and a short description. You do not need a technical diagnosis.
Discuss the job and cost
We check the address and availability, then explain the work, the expected timing and the cost information available.
Confirm the appointment
Only after you agree to the arrangement is a visit confirmed. Additional work is discussed before it starts.
Ready to discuss the job?
Call to discuss urgent help, or send a request for planned work. We will explain the next step.
