From your question to a clear appointment.
Tell us what you need, discuss the next step and costs, then confirm the appointment. You do not need to choose electrical parts yourself.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. We discuss the work and costs first.

Three steps to electrical help.
Tell us what is happening
Call or send your postcode, contact details and a short description. You do not need a technical diagnosis.
Discuss the job and cost
We check the address and availability, then explain the work, the expected timing and the cost information available.
Confirm the appointment
Only after you agree to the arrangement is a visit confirmed. Additional work is discussed before it starts.
A few details are enough.
Share the postcode, type of property, what stopped working or what you want installed, and a phone number. Photos or an appliance model can help for planned work.
If you rent or live in an apartment
Let us know if a landlord, building manager or owners’ association (VvE) needs to approve the work or provide access to a shared meter room.
Clear answers to common questions.
You can call if your situation is different.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Tell us what stopped working, when it started and whether it affects a room or the entire property. Do not open the fuse box or try to repair exposed wiring yourself.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
No. We contact you to discuss the job, expected timing, availability and costs. An appointment is confirmed only after you agree.
I rent my apartment. Who should I contact?
You can describe the problem to us, but also tell your landlord or property manager. For work in shared parts of a building, access and permission may need to be arranged.
What if the whole street has no power?
Check with neighbours. If multiple properties are affected, check the grid operator outage information or call the national fault line 0800-9009. For a fault inside your home, call us.
Ready to discuss the job?
Call to discuss urgent help, or send a request for planned work. We will explain the next step.
