What the electrician checks

Understand the work before you agree.

01

Start with location and capacity

Where you park, how you charge and the available electrical capacity guide the plan. The chosen charger specifications also matter.

02

Include the full installation route

Discuss mounting, cabling, any groundworks and fuse box changes. A shared parking space also needs agreement from its owner or manager.

Send the make and model of any charger, battery, air conditioning equipment or solar inverter involved. Tell us where equipment can be mounted and how a cable could run from the meter cupboard.

For shared parking or a rented property, tell us who manages the space and who can authorise work.

Questions

Questions about ev charger installation.

You can call if your situation is different.

Can a charger go in a shared car park?

It requires coordination with the owner or manager. Mention how the space is owned and used when you enquire.

Do I need to know what caused the problem?

No. Tell us what stopped working, when it started and whether it affects a room or the entire property. Do not open the fuse box or try to repair exposed wiring yourself.

Is my online request a confirmed booking?

No. We contact you to discuss the job, expected timing, availability and costs. An appointment is confirmed only after you agree.

I rent my apartment. Who should I contact?

You can describe the problem to us, but also tell your landlord or property manager. For work in shared parts of a building, access and permission may need to be arranged.
