A plug alone does not tell us which circuit is suitable. We need the appliance rating, the existing connection and details of your fuse box.
Plan before kitchen installation
Agree where the outlet will sit and how the cable will reach it. Clarify whether the electrician or kitchen fitter connects the appliance itself.

Coordinate with the kitchen plans
Share the make and model of the hob or cooker, the kitchen fitting date and where the connection should be. A Perilex plug shape alone does not tell you how an existing socket is wired.
A kookgroep is a cooking circuit. The electrician assesses the suitable supply using the appliance specifications and existing installation.

Is a cooking circuit the same as three-phase power?
No. The suitable arrangement depends on the cooker specification and your installation.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Tell us what stopped working, when it started and whether it affects a room or the entire property. Do not open the fuse box or try to repair exposed wiring yourself.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
No. We contact you to discuss the job, expected timing, availability and costs. An appointment is confirmed only after you agree.
I rent my apartment. Who should I contact?
You can describe the problem to us, but also tell your landlord or property manager. For work in shared parts of a building, access and permission may need to be arranged.
