A new outlet, inspection of an existing one and connecting the hob are different jobs. Describe what is in place and what you need done.

Does Perilex always mean three-phase power?
No. The socket appearance alone does not tell you how it is wired. An electrician should check it.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Tell us what stopped working, when it started and whether it affects a room or the entire property. Do not open the fuse box or try to repair exposed wiring yourself.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
No. We contact you to discuss the job, expected timing, availability and costs. An appointment is confirmed only after you agree.
I rent my apartment. Who should I contact?
You can describe the problem to us, but also tell your landlord or property manager. For work in shared parts of a building, access and permission may need to be arranged.
