A visible wire or a generic online guide cannot confirm that earthing is adequate. The electrician assesses the property and any measurements needed.

An earth rod is not automatically the right answer for every property. Agree which checks, changes and reporting are included.

Can I see whether the earthing is safe?
Appearance alone is not enough. Have the installation assessed by an electrician.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Tell us what stopped working, when it started and whether it affects a room or the entire property. Do not open the fuse box or try to repair exposed wiring yourself.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
No. We contact you to discuss the job, expected timing, availability and costs. An appointment is confirmed only after you agree.
I rent my apartment. Who should I contact?
You can describe the problem to us, but also tell your landlord or property manager. For work in shared parts of a building, access and permission may need to be arranged.
